Lux Lion Logistics LLC – Terms & Conditions
By booking services with Lux Lion Logistics LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All shipments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Clients are responsible for accurate shipment details (e.g., dimensions, weight, pickup/drop-off info).

Lux Lion Logistics LLC reserves the right to refuse service if a shipment violates legal, safety, or policy standards.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or acts beyond our control.

Disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Payment Policy

A 50% of total cost non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

The remaining balance is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Clients are encouraged to secure shipment insurance for high-value items.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Clients must be available during the agreed window for both pickup and drop-off.

If no one is available, a redelivery fee may apply.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure items are ready for transport and that loading areas are accessible.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full service fee.

Reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
